Wednesday 1st May. Good evening session, junior club getting busy. The green is beginning to show signs of improvement.
Thursday 2nd May. We welcomed Logan Thomas along with his grandmother Gaynor and great grandparents David and Pat to this junior club session. A family night.
Friday 3rd May. Busy junior club tonight and two adult rinks playing all on a cold but lovely evening.
Saturday 4th May. Our chairman Sam Morgan let it be known that he and his partner Jodie are expecting a son later in the year. A very busy Saturday morning session.
Monday 6th May. Our Monday league team played away to Llantrisant and came home with a very good win, with a draw on one rink and a win on the other. Well done Treherbert. Good evening session on a rather chilly day, the younger juniors were very wound up and laughed all night.
Friday 10th May. We welcomed Sharon Morris to our club today. Three rinks of adults playing. followed by a very busy evening session, two adult rinks and a good turnout of juniors.
Saturday 11th May. Jan Dunford had some coaching from Clive today and did really well. Good on you Jan, we are all
proud of you.
Monday 13th May. We welcomed Ynysybwl for a Monday League match today Ynysybwl won the match by 2 rinks to nil.
Tuesday 14th May. We welcomed Margaret Shewring to the club today, We celebrated Pat Havards' birthday today and Christine Stewarts' birthday of tomorrow with a very nice lunch in the clubhouse.
Penyrenglyn School brought 28 pupils up for their session today.
Friday 17th May. The news for today is that unfortunately David Evans had a fall at home this morning, he is now in Ty Ross Care Home for a few weeks of respite. He has been quite unwell lately and his mobility has become very poor. Good luck David, we're all thinking of you and will visit you very soon.
Monday 20th May. We welcomed Daisy and Taia to junior club today. Chris and I visited David at Ty Ross on the weekend and the good news is that David has settled in well.
Tuesday 21st May. Today we welcomed Phil Williams along with his brother Steve.
We heard that David Evans is now in hospital. We understand that he will be having tests to determine what is wrong with him. Everyone wishes him well.
Saturday 25th May. We wish Phil Dunford and Rose Beswick happy birthday.
Chris and I visited David in hospital today and are pleased to say that he is improving. (Photo in Gallery)
Tuesday 28th May. Good morning session, Lauren brought some chocolate in for us to enjoy with out tea, thank you Lauren. Phil Williams was with us again today and he's enjoying his time with us, he is going away next week on holiday, have a good time Phil, tell us all about it when you get back.
We welcomed Sport Development officers Jodie Price and Rachel Davies to our club today, they came along to discuss how they could help with our plans to improve the winter facilities this year. We thank them for coming along and hope they enjoyed meeting us.
