The school match on Friday afternoon was a great success. A very close, high scoring game, PenPych Primary School winning the cup. Presentation of the runners up cup was performed by Christine Stewart and the winners cup was performed by Brenda Davies. I would like to thank everyone involved in making this event such a pleasure for the pupils.
Our thanks to Mike and Susan for organizing Saturday's session.
Saturday 20th July. Mixed week with the weather. The green is playing superbly and the sessions we could play were well attended and enjoyable.
We welcomed a visit from Pat Havard, she is looking really well and it was nice to talk about old times.
7 Weeks today will be the last session of the summer season. Up to now, it's been a very mixed season with the weather, even so, membership at the club is at an all time high.
