TUESDAY 6th MAY. We were proud to host a delegation from "InterLink" Rhondda Cynon Taf, which included Chief Executive Officer Simon James and Councillor Rhys Lewis to launch the new round of "The Community Action Fund". This coincided with the celebration of "Volunteer Week" and our coaching team were presented with certificates in recognition of their voluntary contribution within the community.
Penyrenglyn Primary School visited in the afternoon with 33 pupils. They enjoyed a session of target bowling. We would like to thank Christine Stewart for her help on the green today.
MONDAY 12th JUNE. There was no Monday League game today due to a bereavement at Ystradfodwg Bowling Club.
TUESDAY 13th JUNE. Large turnout for the morning session. Penyrenglyn had their afternoon session, very warm day, they did well today. Good evening session.
MONDAY 19th. JUNE. Monday league team were away to Penygraig. A good match played in very warm conditions with Penygraig winning the match.
TUESDAY 20th June. A very hot morning. Well attended session. The afternoon school session shortened due to the heat.

FRIDAY 23rd June. Weather mixed today but we did have our morning session which was well attended and the day ended well with Rhys winning his RBBA round 1 tournament match, WELL DONE RHYS.
MONDAY 26th JUNE. Monday league team were home to Gelligaled today. The match was played in a good spirit and produced a high level of play, both rinks went to the last ends with Treherbert getting the edge to win both rinks.
Our Junior club was very well attended with a good turnout of adults as well, 6 rinks on the go.
TUESDAY 27th JUNE. Well attended morning session with 2 new members again today. Penyrenglyn School visited us with 24 pupils followed by another busy evening session.
WEDNESDAY 28th JUNE. Rhys Phillips played his second round match in the RBBA Junior Singles Tournament today and won the match 21- 9 WELL DONE RHYS.
FRIDAY 30th JUNE. We were pleased and proud to welcome Ivor John Morris at our club today. Ivor was here to supervise an RBBA Junior Singles Match. We recognize Ivor for his contribution to junior bowls over the years and as a great coach and mentor. Thank you Ivor.
